The entire message so far

The songs create a warning from Ethel, who was once an angel but has fallen, that tragedy is coming.
Iron will not help against the rot in my chest.
I have been chosen by her.
For what?
Ethel was the one who projected the image of my chest into my mind as a warning and she is warning me again in the songs.
I just don’t know what she is warning me of yet.
Isaiah?
Are the riddles a test to see if I am worthy?

So the character Ethel, written by Hayden Anhedönia, dies at the hands of Isaiah in Preacher’s Daughter.
In Punish from the album Perverts she sings:

“
Only God would believe that I was an angel
But they made me leave
“

This suggests that after her death she becomes an angel but is eventually cast out.
Ethel is a fictional character, so how is she sending me messages?
I have a theory but the basis is in the many worlds interpretation that there are multiple realities,
In one of these realities, all circumstances align so that Ethel Cain is born and grows up with the same fate.
So Ethel is sending me warnings from a parallel universe where she is real.
How?
I am not entirely sure, but some version of quantum entanglement is my guess.
